What currency do you use?
All prices are in £ because we only sell to customers who reside in the UK.
I just placed an order, when will it be delivered?
Please allow 2/ 4 days delivery time for your order to be delivered to you. Some suppliers may take longer. When you order you will be notified approx delivery. Tracking numbers where applicable will be updated after your order has been processed dependant on the supplier.

I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money back guarantee, if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund. You must return it back at your own expense, once we have received the product we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please Include a name and order number on the returned parcels.
Please note: If you your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund. Do not return items to our registered address they will not be accepted.We will advise you where to return your item as per our individual suppliers instructions.

Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order before it ships. If the item is already sent please use our easy return system to get a request full refund.

I have entered an incorrect address what do I do now?
Incorrect Address or Personalisation: The Company is not liable for any incorrect address or personalization provided by the customer. In the event of an incorrect address or personalisation, a new product will need to be ordered at the customer’s expense. Please check order details are correct as we can’t refund personalised gifts incorrectly spelt. 

How long does shipping take?
Delivery times are usually 2/ 4 days.The average delivery time is 2-3 business days.

These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e-mail and/or billing address provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders placed at our discretion.
